All ticket sales are final and non-refundable once purchased.

Your entry is confirmed once payment is successfully processed, and you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket numbers.

Each competition will close either when all tickets are sold or on the specified end date, whichever occurs first.

The draw will take place as soon as reasonably practicable after the competition closes, typically within 7 days.

Physical prizes will be delivered to the winner's UK address within 14 days of winner verification, unless otherwise stated.

Cash prizes will be transferred to the winner's bank account within 48 hours of winner verification.

We are not responsible for any costs associated with claiming or using the prize, including but not limited to insurance, taxes, or ongoing maintenance costs.

In the unlikely event that a stated prize becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limitless Wins shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in any competition or use of any prize.

We are not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to network failures, that may affect your ability to enter a competition.

We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times and cannot be held responsible for any downtime.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
